WHAT IS SEA MOSS?
Is a red algae species. It is highly nutritious, containing many minerals and lubricating properties for the glands and joints. It is also rich in anti-viral properties that help in treating viral infections and ill.

How to make Seamoss Gel.
Take a handful of Sea Moss and place in a large bowl with enough room for the Seamoss to expand.
Make sure the water can cover it and soak
for at least 4-6 hours.
You can cut fresh lime or lemons while Seamoss is soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste.
Rinse Seamoss thoroughly 2 times.
Boil 32 oz of water until hot then take pieces of clean Seamoss and place inside a high powered blender (preferably Nutribullet, Ninja, or Vitamix)
Add hot water in the blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a solid liquid.
Pour into the pitcher/Jar let it set overnight
in the refrigerator and in the morning your Seamoss is now ready.
You can add it in your smoothies, take by spoon, in your tea, in your juice, and can be used as an egg replacement for vegan baking
also can be used for hair conditioner and face masks!
Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 1 month.
USAGE:
The recommended quantity and dosage of sea moss is about 1 to 2 tablespoons. That translates to about 4 to 8 grams of sea moss per day.
You can place in Smoothies or Hot Teas.
Take by spoonfuls in mouth.
Bake food with.
Make facials with.
Place in hair as conditioner.
