WHAT IS SEA MOSS?
Is a red algae species. It is highly nutritious, containing many minerals and lubricating properties for the glands and joints. It is also rich in anti-viral properties that help in treating viral infections and ill.
This sea plant is made up of 92 minerals out of 102 minerals that the body requires. Such as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Copper. Vitamins are also found in the Seashore Vitamin A, C, D & Vitamin E to just name a few.
